What if my travel plans change?
Reservations can be rescheduled at no cost before 24 hours of scheduled pick up time.

Rescheduling will be available upon driver availability if changes are within two hours of your original pick up time. We will do all possible to provide a driver for the new time requested.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries, you have a sixty (60) minute grace period for domestic flight arrival time at LGA, HPN, HVN, TEB and a one hundred (120) minute grace period for international flight arrival time at JFK, EWR, BDL.
Once grace period has elapsed and we do not receive a call from passenger, the driver will be dismissed and full charge amount will be assessed for the reservation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is possible at no extra charge, as long as it is requested before 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for any cancellation made between 2-24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
A cancellation fee equal to complete service fee will be charged for any cancellation made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Can I bring my pet?
We love our fur babies and welcome all service dogs and small dogs traveling in a carry case.

There are those unavoidable incidents where we must charge a cleaning fee if an accident or excess shedding happens. Fees will be added to original reservation.

I'm traveling with children, do I need a car seat?
Safety is priority, Children up to the age of 8 should ride in with a safety restraint in vehicles.

You can bring along your car seat and our driver will secure it in the vehicle at pick up.
​
If you are not traveling further with the car restraint, we can store it for you until you return or skip the hassle and use one of ours for a small fee.

I have an appointment, and I'm not sure how long I will be there?
Meetings and appointments can run longer than expected at times. You can book our service up to 2 hours before your pick up time and we can accommodate upon driver availability.

If you the appointment or meeting goes over the pick up time, we pro rate the additional time at $85 per hour. You can also ask about our hourly service and choose what is best for you.

Do you travel point to point and airports outside of Connecticut?
Yes, we travel outside of Connecticut state lines. Most frequently to NY, NJ & MA airports. Point to point travel is also available, call us for a quote.

I left something in the vehicle, how do I get it back?
Traveling is stressful and anything can be left behind. If you leave something in one of our vehicles, give us a call. You can reach the driver directly if you notice right away or call our office 203-816-6900 and we will hold your item until your return or arrange to get it to you.
